When will I be billed?

You will not need to enter your credit card until you decide you want to upgrade. After that time, the credit card on file will be charged every 30 days.

When do I get charged for an “assessment”?

You will only be charged for assessments that are completed by candidates. If you’ve invited a candidate and they do not complete the assessment, it will not count towards your monthly limit. If you’re using the paid plan, it doesn’t matter how many assessments are used!


Can I upgrade, downgrade, or delete an account?

Yes! You will be able to change your account details at any time. Please note that if you decide to delete an account, you will lose your data including candidates, top performers, and Success Profiles.
